Use Delegation Poker to clarify who’s responsible for what and to what level. This is a method where you can encourage employee engagement through controlled self-organization and clarified value and decision-making.
The objective of Delegation Poker is to drive home the idea of delegating decisions and tasks to your team within a controlled environment. It also is a good collaboration game. Many teams play it without even totalling points and more than anything else it’s a conversation topic and a starting point for the discussion of who should do what.
The range is AA–99, AJs, AJo, T9s, 98s and 87s. Our top pair queen kicker has 48% equity against this range, making a call still justified. But the hand isn’t over yet and the turn is the 2♣. If we think our opponent would now only bet AA–99 and AJ, we should fold to another bet because our opponent’s range has become too strong. Poker ranges are a collection of ALL possible hands a player could have right this moment. Instead of trying to pinpoint a player's exact two hole cards. Manage Ranges comfortably with new functions for fast storage and quick suit selection. If singular cards have to be selected - like at the flop range selection -, then there is the 'Select Cards' button. This button is also available for ranges. Range fields, however, have also a 'Select Range' button to select multiple hands at once. Each poker deck has fifty-two cards, each designated by one of four suits (clubs, diamonds, hearts and spades) and one of thirteen ranks (the numbers two through ten, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace). Therefore, the odds of getting any Ace as your first card are 1 in 13 (7.7%), while the odds of getting any spade as your first card are 1 in 4 (25%).

I introduced Delegation Poker to my project team. It helped a lot in our process of defining new responsibilities, which we as a team can now agree on. It’s become the basis of discussion with our bosses as even they are able to understand the fact, “that it can be easily migrated to the RACI Matrix.
